Abstract

Chemical analysis showed that rowanberries (Sorbus aucuparia) contain 1950 mg/100 g total phenolics, ranking them among the highest in flavonoid content. Only chokeberries sometimes have more, with up to 5000 mg/100 g of flavonoid compounds. This study de
